Althrocin 500 mg tablet is used in the treatment of bacterial infections and bacterial skin infections. It is an antibiotic. It stops the bacterial growth in the body by inhibiting synthesis of essential proteins, which are required by bacteria to carry out vital functions.

Althrocin 500mg tablet is used to treat bacterial infections such as pneumonia, whooping cough(pertussis), urinary tract infections and sexually transmitted diseases as well. 

For better and early results one should take the dosage of  Althrocin 500 mg tablet empty stomach (1 hour before food or 2 hours after food) or as per the doctor's perscription.
